Join efforts to improve the quality of life in our community.
Expand open space and protect public health, air, soil and water
quality. Contribute your voice to ensure that our community and
parklands thrive for generations to come. Participate in the
Baldwin Hills Planning Summit on Saturday, July 21st 8:30am-Noon
at West LA College HLRC Bldg, 9000 Overland Ave, 4th floor, Culver
City 90230. The Summit will articulate the connections between the
environment, health and community issues and provide an
opportunity for you to identify your concerns and learn what can

to benefit the environment and wildlife in BALDWIN HILLS PARK
Join us Monday,
Jan 17, 2005 star ting 10 am, at the
Kenneth Hahn State
Recreational Area.
Volunteers
should tell the staff at the entrance gate they are
volunteering for the garden and they won’t have to pay
entrance fee.
Drive past the
entrance booth, past the lake, park in the community center
parking lot and walk up the road toward Janice’s Green Valley.
The Native Plant Walk is on the left.
Bring a hat! Tools and water provided!
When: Monday, January 17, Martin Luther
King day 10 am
Where: Kenneth Hahn Recreation Area

Directions: Take the exit off of La
Cienega between Jefferson and Stocker
